Does anybody know what's wrong with NOPT? It made a couple of false starts out of a bullish triangle, and now it's threatening to break to the downside. Tommy mentioned in today's report that the tech advance has been kind of narrow, so perhaps NOPT is on the outside looking in. CHINA sure thumbed its nose at a bearish triangle. Broke out to the upside in a fashion that is very reminiscent of AFFX's behaviour several months back after it broke support and then climbed back and soared skyward. POCI continues to make promises, but let's see if it knows how to keep them.
