However bad be the case, i will seldom short a thin float internet. Because these do not trade on fundamentals.

I will only think of shorting when the whole INET group sells of as was in last August. If any widely followed INET falls by 20% then take a speculative short. Shorting thinking price is too high is a kiss of death.

I don't see this dropping before the split which is tomorrow or Monday, so I would be careful if I were you.
