Sure, you can complain as loudly as you like ... and I can disagree. That's hardly being docile and blindly doing what others tell me to do. I don't see the First Amendment implications, since we're both freely speaking our opinions.

Microsoft can appeal if they like. They can even drag things out if they like. Think about how that will affect your stock. I don't see how enforcing the law of the land qualifies as extortion.

Nobody's convinced me the ruling is in error.
