I think Timna w/ SDRAM will still have an acceptable price/performance ratio.
I don't know if this is of any significance but Intel hasn't shipping CC820 mobos to distribution in about 2 weeks now but 810E is available in ample amounts instead. The CC820 mobos didn't look like it offered any benefits over BX boards from my perspective. I heard that 815 chipset will be out real soon -- early next year -- supporting PC133. It doesn't look like Intel is real happy with MRH-D solution so far. I can't see why they would even try to add $5 extra cost of MRH-D on under $100 integrated mobo solution.

Next week 12/13 to 12/17 it seems a variety of RDRAM based solution parts -- CUMine chips, RIMMs and mobos should be available in distribution channel. After all the previous delays, I am not going out on a limb over those dates since they have slipped before.
