REGARDING INSIDER SALES if you go to the 10Q you can find out what insiders own the majority of coii shares. to help you out, they are: 1. dave johnston, ceo 2. richard secord, coo 3. dave packer, pres none of them have filed to sell a single share. however, i would not be surprised if they sell a small percentage on a regular basis (wouldn't you?). after all, they accumulated shares at the .50 level or lower and have seen their investment go up 10 x's. i can see the kids and wife asking them to cash in some shares to buy the new house, a few new cars, that vacation home in tahiti, etc. curtis
