Underwriters Cash Cow - The IPO Game

Let the games begin.

They know what they have, and they are
betting on it big time, but they want to
make a few bucks along the way.
The best way to do this is to devalue the
issue, and play the 1/4 point gains
and shorts each day. When your transacting, ie:
50k, 1/4 point is a nice profit ( $12,500
per transaction ). Once the real profit
potential is realized, they have made a
tiddy sum, plus they still have upside with
the shares they are holding. I don't mind
trading my shares over and over, while they
milk this one. In fact, if I knew this
stock would always have daily 1/4 spreads,
I could move to the Bahamas right now, wouldn't
you ? They want to also. That's why they play
the game, and they are the umpires, and make all
the rules. We are just along for the ride. Money
talks, and you know what walks.

For now, I will play it their way and trade in
tandum. ( If you can't fight 'em, join 'em. right ? )
One day CHTR will become a powerhouse. Until then,
I will make a few bucks, trading half my position
on the daily 1/4 point moves.
