Well, there hasn't been any news that I know of. The FDA normally informs companies 30 days prior to the ODAC if they are on the schedule. When shareholders noticed CLPA wasn't on the list, they called IR, who said that the FDA didn't have to have them on the Dec ODAC because of the newly submitted data. The fast track deadline for FDA decision had been Feb 2000. So...unless something has changed since then...the next ODAC is March, and the new deadline is May. BTW..in the conference call (I heard it too...heh)...they felt they would be on the Dec ODAC, but they were not sure...and the FDA had not put them on the schedule at that time. Give IR a call to confirm this... SM
