NICE looks good; I have loaded up on software companies lately so I will pass, but I will put it on my watch lists for the future.

Going through my portfolio I see that I put IMAN in Internet services when it seems more appropriate as a software stock. Often the line is very blurred; but IMAN is focused primarily on productivity within companies rather than Web operations.

Did NICE (NICEY-old name) finally settle all those lawsuits re misleading investors and talking up the stock's prospects when they knew they were having severe problems with a new product that customers were rejecting and that they would have to redesign? I received communications from several lawyers that were representing stockholders in the class action against NICEY. It was a great trading stock two years ago, but unfortunately I was holding a lot of trading shares when the axe fell. Good Luck.
