off Information Week-- OTS name, and 25% interest of SoftBank-- snip

"As of June 30, Softbank owned 26.9% of E-Trade," says OTS spokesman William Fulwider. "That's above the 25% threshold under the statute for control of an institutional entity." E-Trade plans to dilute Softbank's stake to bring it below the limit, says an E-trade spokesperson.

Not a thing, I am married and spend every night with a woman. Maybe I need to test drive a different one?

But Mr Rogers there, seems to see no difference between E*turd, E*trash, E*crap, etc and F***, come on now, why would anyone let my terms of endearment upset them so?

Our investment is back under 30 again...at what point would the stock price effect Costakos $75,000,000?

this mornings beefs..account alert won't quit popping up & my perfect record for 0 IPOs is intact. At least I can get quotes and trade if I wish.
