The big question is should we view this as a buying opportunity or will the market mindlessly kill this stock for a long time like it has LVCI? I thought previous discussion on this board had concluded that a negative decision would only affirm the status quo which certainly isn't bad.

Comments???

Fortunately, I've had such a phenomenal year in the market that taking a tax loss wouldn't be all bad but ego wise I hate to do it. I took a tax loss on GBLX at just about the exact low for the year fully expecting to be able to buy it back in 31 days at about the same price. On day 26 there was a big merger/ buy out announcement from someone that sent the stock shooting up. I ended up paying up about $20 to buy it back. Would hate to repeat that experience no matter how much money I've made.

Regards,
Bob
Edit: Joe Kernen just said VISX is called down $40. That makes no sense to me.
