Novell CIO Joins Remedy Board
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Remedy® Corp. (Nasdaq: RMDY - news), the leading provider of adaptable solutions for e-business, today announced that Sheri Anderson, senior vice president and chief information officer for Novell, Inc., has joined Remedy's board of directors.

Anderson oversees Novell's worldwide information systems. Her responsibilities include the company's local and wide-area networks, strategic business information systems, deployment of Novell's Internet/intranet strategies, and internal help and desktop support.

As vice president of Charles Schwab and Co.'s IS department, Anderson led development of the network infrastructure that helped take the lead in the discount securities brokerage business. Anderson previously managed major systems engineering projects for Wells Fargo Bank and Electronic Data Systems, and she served as a manpower analyst for the U.S. Navy. Anderson holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University.
