OTCBB-WSST

Float: 2M
Chart is typical of a reverse merger and R/S.. stock opened higher late

bigcharts.com

What does WWST do? ...

From the Corporate Profile:
"Wall Street Strategies fills the void of effective, timely, and truly
independent stock market advice. Our services are designed to
identify buying and selling opportunities in the stock market. We offer
an alternative to traditional brokerage research. Wall Street Strategies
is focused on providing our subscribers with money-making ideas on a
daily basis."

Simply put, WSST provides stock/investment information for a price. Their
biggest clients are institutions. They have over 8,000 subscribers from
over 250 brokerage firms in the world. 4000 of these subscribers are
the institutions who are buying the "Institutional Service" which is detailed
below. Wall Street Strategies Principal analyst and CEO Charles Payne
appears on NY1 News Fortune Business Report on Monday evenings and Tuesday
mornings. He also does a show "Ask Charlie" on CNNFN.

Products.... How they generate revenue:

"First Alert"
First Alert is an aggressive research service designed to meet the needs of
active traders whose holding periods range from one hour to as long as one
month.
Cost: $300 per month... they have about 500 subscribers.

"Hotline"
The Hotline is an innovative research product designed to meet the needs of
intermediate to long-term investors who typically hold investments for a
period of thirty days to six months. Subscribers receive two reports daily.
Cost: $300 per month... they have 800 subscribers.

"Newsletter"
The Newsletter is a monthly publication of commentary and specific stock
picks designed for the long-term investor whose holding period is over six
months.
Cost: $50 per month... they have around 2000 subscribers.

"Storyline"
The Storyline is a daily report that reviews and rates the rumormill.
Advanced knowledge of rumors and takeovers creates trading opportunities.
Cost: $300 per month... they have 600 subscribers.

"Institutional Service"
The Institutional Service is designed to meet the needs of clients who demand
the highest level of service and personal attention. Clients of this service
enjoy direct access to our analytical desk.
A quarterly subscription is $5500.00; a yearly subscription is $20,000.00.
They have 4000 subscribers for the Institutional Service... that is right:
4000 subscribers.

These products are received via fax/email.

OK, so WSST has a lot of institutional subscribers... why not have more
individual subscribers? Well... they are going to fix this by launching
a web page which will target the individual investor. This web page will be
up and running on or before 15 Dec.

Wall Street Strategies News:

Nov 2: Wall Street Strategies Principal analyst and CEO Charles Payne appears on
NY1 News Fortune Business Report on Monday evenings and Tuesday mornings.
Also in this news story, they mention they have over 4,000 current subscribers
from more than 250 brokerage firms.
Finally... in reading near the bottom of the article, it the "developing an
online solution"... this "online solution" will be launched on or before 5 Dec.

1999: 4,200,000 Est.
Earnings:
1997: (526)
1998: (58,816)
1999: + 122,000 Est.

They have a "functional" web page at: wstreet.com
Filing Status: The company states that the 10Q is being worked on... but is
being delayed to finish a Private Placement of 100K shares at $3... This will
be complete shortly. Also, a NASDAQ application and sponsorship is being done
by Joseph Charles... Obviously the stock price isn't there yet...

I have looked at their "stock picks"... they do seem to have a good record.
They concentrate on NASDAQ stocks in hot sectors.

Conclusion: WSST has nice services and a lot of serious clients... they need it
online, which is coming. The advertising campaign will certainly help... S/A with DBC helps.

Not a rec to buy... please do your own DD.

Today's feature stock: NOIZ, profitable wireless play, 5 1/2. Float is only 2M, and the company will be presenting at the BlueTooth Conference starting today until Thursday. (Credit must go to Frederick for pointing out the BlueTooth connection) Less than 2 weeks ago it ran to 8 without Bluetooth, and I would expect it to break 8 this time.

Micronetics Introduces Equipment for Testing Home Wireless Networks

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 1999-- Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq: NOIZ) introduced its ICS-2000 Channel Simulator-uniquely designed to
test indoor wireless networks-here at the CDG Test Forum sponsored by the CDMA Development Group.

The ICS-2000 Channel Simulator is designed specifically for testing wireless local area network (WLAN) systems, such as BluetoothTM and other indoor wireless networks,
for the impact of multipath interference. Multipath interference consists of echoes from secondary signals that are reflected from obstacles in a signal's path that arrive
slightly after the original signal. By simulating the indoor wireless environment using the ICS-2000 Channel Simulator, WLAN Systems can be tested under real world
conditions to assure their reliability against this condition.

Ralph Marrone, Vice President of Micronetics/Equipment, stated: "The introduction of the ICS 2000 Channel Simulator is a continuation of our collaboration with Moeness
Amin, PhD. of Villanova University. We believe this instrument is the first channel simulator designed especially for multipath fading in an internal or home environment,
which has its own unique issues. With the anticipated growth of wireless home networks and their need for excellent reliability, we expect testing these products for multipath
fading under the conditions of an indoor environment to be of increasing importance."

Based in Hudson, NH, Micronetics manufactures broadband test equipment and components used in the design, testing and manufacturing of cellular, PCS, wireless local
loop, home networking and satellite communication equipment through its Micronetics/Equipment Group, and manufactures microwave components and subassemblies
primarily used in test equipment, radar, electronic counter-intelligence, wireless communications and electronic simulation applications through its Micronetics/Components
Group.

Statements in this press release contain forward looking material. Actual results may vary due to a number of risks and uncertainties and should be viewed in conjunction with
Micronetics ' Annual Report for its fiscal year ended March 31, 1999.
