Subject: MLM on the Canadian X change
From: Jim Kootnekoff

Hello Forum:

My name is Jim Kootnekoff. I have been working with a new
company over the past year called The Millennium Network
Corporation. "MLM" on the Canadian X change. The company is an
integrated e-commerce company with emphasis on the logistics,
supply, and fulfillment of product sold on the Internet.
Millennium has recently announced the offer to buy Lyco
Logistics a 28-year-old private company for 3.75 million, an
all cash deal. Lyco is a profitable, fully automated 40
thousand square foot warehouse that is located in Langley BC.
Revenues are at approximately 2.8 million per year. with a
bottom line of 387,000 running at only a 40% capacity.
Negotiations are in progress to bring on some well known brand
name e-tailers over the next few weeks to maximize capacity
and revenues. The setup of a second facility is also in the
plans for back east or state side. As you probably are aware
"fulfillment" is a complicated and costly component of
e-commerce, but without it you cannot grow your business. Lyco
can cut the costs of distribution from a typical 15% to as low
as 5% depending on the product being shipped. On high volumes
and throughput that reduction equals significant savings to
profit hungry e-tailers.

The bottom line is that this market segment is growing and in
need of help, to the best of our knowledge, Lyco is the only
"third party" fulfillment warehouse in Canada. If you are not
Amazon or another cashed up giant, building a facility to
accommodate your online shipping and logistics is not an
option.

We have been working on the acquisition and financing for the
past three months and we expect to close before the New Year.
Please call me if you are able. There is a lot of
anticipation by the investment community for Millennium to
close this deal and the financing for $4 million from a well
respected group out of Toronto; I don't think we will
disappoint anyone. Please call me, I would like to discuss
this company in detail with you.
