Looks like the 0.18 micron AthWIPE also consumes too much power - 45 watts at 750 MHz!

Any idea why Intel's Coppermine dissipates ONLY HALF that amount - 23 watts - at 733 MHz ?

Maybe AMD can introduce a 333 MHz ATHWIPE that will satisfy the "power" requirements for low end notebooks.
