Exacctnt: Seems like a big hit for old news. These were pretty much the original charges and they have to be formalized prior to some date certain in the near future for Jackson to rule on. The conclusions of law require that MSFT be accused of something. The vapid part of this trial is rapidly disappearing and we are now left with the real legal process and this is where the gov't. and the Judge are hurting and why the Judge so desperately wants a settlement.
