LAKO signs CONTRACT for DSL with NASDAQ listed Company.

To Begin Offering Nationwide DSL Services ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 1999--Houston-based Internet telephony solutions provider AirNexus, Inc. - a subsidiary of Lakota Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:LAKO - news) - announced today that it has have signed a contract with Ziplink, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZIPL - news) to begin offering Digital Subscriber Line-based (DSL) high speed Internet access nationwide. Ziplink provides dial-up and dedicated bandwidth to small, medium and large Internet Service Providers and to providers of Web appliances, such as TV set-top boxes, pagers, personal digital assistants and other devices. Ziplink is currently constructing an advanced ATM-based SuperPOP network with points of presence in the 34 largest cities in the United States.

The 3Com NBX is the world's first LAN-based PBX that offers businesses the ability to administer voice and data on a single cable plant. Because the NBX 100 is a network appliance, voice is carried across the network as data packets. This key difference allows organizations to streamline their voice and data communications onto one infrastructure, giving them the ability to network across any digital media: ISDN, DSL, Cable Modem, T-1, etc.

AirNexus has also recently become a business telephone system reseller. Even though profit margins on computer resales continue to drop, margins on business telephone systems have remained a healthy level.
