Ditto. This is why I'm with AVGN & TGEN. It will be a watershed event to develop a successful product that expresses a gene at all. Worrying about regulation expression can wait...though TGEN has non-viral vectors they're working on because the latter is meant for short-term expression, whereas AAV vectors long-term expression.
