HEAR getting hit with fund buying again, IMO. . . like clockwork? There are still plenty of shorts in this one. . .could get real interesting.

Sorry for late response, Carpe. . .I wouldn't be buying a high flier like QCOM at these stratospheric heights. . . not with so many chances for a selloff coming. . .the markets seem to be looking for reasons to sell. . . a toppy feel. . .we have been running nonstop since October 28 [my B-day]. . .we need a rest. . .a rest would be GOOD for the markets. . . going non-stop right through to the end of the year is highly unlikely and would actually be BAD for the markets. . . So I have long since pulled positions from the high fliers, for the most part. . . [leaving cores alone] . .in other words position #2, but not #1. . . I am still playing some of those that have been under accumulation or in momentum. . . but continuously moving back towards cash. . . by Wednesday/Thursday I should have reached defensive goal. I will go out on my limb to say that I believe we will be selling off sharply by Monday, but PROBABLY well before then. . .as soon as tomorrow. . . . . better to err on the side of being conservative. . . and leave early, than be stuck holding bags. I will continue to hold takeover targets and other SAMs. . . Rat Dogs, etc. . . except those that are likely to see tax loss selling by year end. . .I am already looking for bargains. . . . .ANTC is highest on my radar at this time. . . the analyst that downgraded gave no meat. . . .any time they cite "increased competition", I have to laugh. . . like what industry in the world DOESN'T deal with increased competition on a daily basis?
