It's not just miracles; companies are being sued all the time; I remember when ascend descended to 22, a host of shareholder suits were filed -- all that came to nothing. This stock is at rock bottom; it's up from here; maybe slowly but certainly surely.

Well, the stock didn't plunge just because some small Minnesota law firm decided to embark on a class action lawsuit against the company, so that bodes well for the stock price..... However, the management hasn't done one thing to counteract the negatives by issuing a few positive PRs... or taking some positive action...or both!!... There's no doubt in my mind that Paulson needs to step down before he totally ruins this company.... I do think that if you can survive all this until the next earnings period, you will get your small miracle... By the way, I get the feeling Paulson is not too popular in Minnesota... With regard to the tight spread, there is a great amount of buying at present levels, so the spread is not significant in my opinion...The spread on NAVR has been very narrow for the last several days...
