Jim, You must really be feeling the squeeeeeeeeeze. As others have said, the entire market tanked as sunw split the last time. The one thing I've learned as I've owned this stock (for the last 3+ yrs) - there has never been a good time to sell sunw. The sunw TRAIN is just too massive. There will certainly be a few dips and stops in the line but I don't want to chance being left behind. Sunw is way too difficult to time. Full of surprises. Every time I have "taken proffits" on my trading shares I have left lots'O money on the table. My original investment in sunw - 200@$26 became 400@$13 last spring and will be 800@$6.5 tomorrow. A year from now I expect it will be 1600@$3.25 with a greatly appreciated value.

Last time there was a split in SUNW stock it fell from 72 to 48 dollars a share within 6 days. That is a fact! Some people have said that this also happened to EMC and therefore had nothing to do with SUNW but so what the stock still fell like a rock.

Thanks for the advice, Jim.

Were this decoupling between the stocks [sic] price action and the company's fundamental prospects to continue, the stock could well see $190 per share in the new year.

Again, Jim, thanks for the advice. You may be right.
