ANDN - a very likely scenario & a lot to be made, imo

1. Demand:
(a) many institutions could not get an allotment
(b) many individuals do not have an acct at WR Hambrecht, nor Advest, nor DLJ Direct
(c) a very real Linux play, priced was raised

(a)+(b)+(c) = unfilled demand & rated "HOT"

2. Supply - only 4.0m in offered

Compare to RHAT,CORL, othrs (future post), this co could very easily be valued over $1 Billion, and price to be nearer $100.

You say price cannot go that high? Consider (a) Linux (b) unique aspects of Andover (c) price being set before tomorrow open and likely near $20 -> ANDN worth way more then $20, so we have a shot to get in at a very low price and all of us to gain as price goes up to fill demand. If the price starts at $18 and little demand, I will be buying a ton of it.

I bet part of the reason for relative quietness here is that ppl were bidding.

I bet part of the reason for relative quietness here is that ppl were bidding, and besides, many threads are relatively dead before a stock ipo's eg DRTN had a couple of posts only, so 25+ posts before a stock starts trading is pretty darn good, imo
