Rene,
CMGI has 400 mln authorized, so they have room for 2:1 or 3:1 split.

Hmm do CMGI still have enough authorized shares to do even a 2 for 3 split?

Hi Rene, even if they didn't (they do) they can vote concurrently to increase the number, or they can make the split contingent on an increase in the number of authorized shares and actually increase it later.
