Doug, there is another scenario.
First at $45/share, owning 36 mill shares will give him 1.6
bill to play with. You can build a lot of stadium for that.

On the other hand he can get shares in a bigger co that
will triple or quadruple what he has now.
He can also be allowed to play a key role in the new co being the
consumate ATM salesman that he is, any co buying NN would
certaily want to keep the No salesman let alone a top researcher.
I think NN plus the new co is going to go through the roof,

Interesting comments about TM!

But there are other possible scenarios, such as:

-- Terry, here is a ton of cash and a ton of shares, now
you don't have to worry about the day to day.

-- We'll leave you with a number of the promising Affiliates--bring things to fruition in them and then sell them to us when ready--we'll put the products in distribution, effectively, (or would you prefer a
licensing deal.....?)

-- You can become known as the Welsh Croesus (sp?)who made
not one, but MANY fortunes!

-- You will then have some time to become the first Prime
Minister of Wales after you have seed-funded the Welsh
independence movement.....

Anyway, I think a creative solution can be found, for everybody's benefit--TM, management, staff, shareholders,
the acquirer.

Best wishes,
Jim
