IWIN-Webstakes same area as NCNT. Has marketing deals with Excite and NBC. Clients include Citigroup, SPLN, Disney, NBC, Sharper Image and more. Media Metrix indicated that it doubled it's eyeballs (reach) from 1.5% to 3% of the total Web audience in the third quarter. Low float- looks promising IMH.
