Dave used to own Gardy McGrath, which used to own TV on the Web, but back in January or February TV on the Web bought Gardy McGrath from Dave. At least that is my understanding. Thus iNEXTV owns 51% of TV on the Web, and Dave owns some portion of TV on the Web. TV on the Web owns Gardy-McGrath.

Gardy McGrath was the original entity. They are a full service production company. TvontheWeb was started by Gardy McGrath as a internet venture. Ampex came along and bought minority interest in TvontheWeb and TvontheWeb bought the Parent company making it a wholly owned subsidiary. If you think about it a bit, its a slick transaction engineered by Bramson...
