BIGM shaking big time now, maybe something to do with this from last news, or momo for the day?? "Biogan further announces that it has entered into an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization with Tiaro Bay Resources, Inc., an international mining firm based in Canada. The agreement provides for Biogan to acquire 100% of a mining company incorporated under the laws of the Peoples Republic of China for 33,300,000 shares of Biogan stock. The Chinese company had, as of June 30, 1998, (audited statements) assets exceeding 51 Million and revenues for the 6 months ending June 30, 1998, in excess of 28 Million."
