Sure the license allows for international trading and the Saudis can use the Licenses to pentrate the US market on both sides. Exporting and imprting. SInce UAPC is right here at my back door UAPC can cut the deals with BIG MONEY Corporations in my opinion. This latest development through the UAPC is for DIESEL OIL whereas LGOV is BS LPG ... I expect to see the UAPC use these licenses to their advantage in the next month or so. bougth another 5K today. I realy like this Saudi deal and what they are already bringing to the table. :-) Gary
