Hello Brian. You may be right. Some of those analysts must be reading our thread. Don't forget me. gg. I posted that 350 price target almost a week ago. Can't remember now who upgraded it then.

Uh. It's getting a bit scary. Yahoo up 28 at this time. But it will be added to the S&P tonight. Those fund managers have to buy in. If I can remember correctly, they will have to sell over 1 mill. shares of GE and 1 1/2 mill. shares of Msft. Should be interesting at the close. Laidlaw has a pretty small market cap, so a lot of buying will have to be done in Yahoo. Looking at the stock right now, maybe it's the fund managers that are doing the buying already.

Sonny

yahoo: rumor circulates on trading desks that the company will announce a 3-1 split......

yahoo very crzy. i felt like doing cover calls. but highest strike pricd for jan 00 was only 300. so i did not.
but these kind of crzy rumors can do it to the stock.

Stock adds 24% or approx. $18 billion in market-cap ahead of entry into S&P 500 Index
