Just my opinion, of course, but I'd say that if Lokey really doesn't know anything about Uniprime, it's only because he held his hands over his ears when his subordinates tried to tell him about it.

You do recall, of course, that as things went from bad to worse BW cancelled Uniprime's account, and that UPCA issued subsequent releases through PRNewswire.

Congratulations to the Webnode three on the successful conclusion of the BW suit. If Mr. Lokey actually fulfills his promise that anyone in the future that moves a false story on our wire is going to get sued and we're going to win it, you will have achieved an enormous victory for shareholders everywhere. Some may see ample grounds for cynicism about this promise (for example, why aren't they going after the authors of past false or misleading press releases?). Still, as already noted by Jeff, a failure to adhere to this promise plus their favorable comparison to the WSJ (We probably do as well or better a job of weeding out this stuff [false stories] than The Wall Street Journal does) should IMO provide excellent ammunition for plaintiff's lawyers.
