The former lawyer, decent pucker chap, had this to say!! Our firm has not represented LDDI for over a year, so I'am afraid I can't enlighten you as to when, if ever, the company will file its SEC reports. According to the OTC Bulletin Board-otcbb.com-companies whose trading symbol begins with the letter L must be in compliance with the SEC filing requirements by January 19, 2000, and the letter E will appear after the symbol of those companies that are not in compliance 30 days prior to such date. If you wish to speak to someone at LDDI, try calling Lori Colin at (914) 639-0600. No doubt Lori now has the answers to the questions, such as who is the present Lawyers to the firm? Why have there been no filings since NOV 98 Does the company still trade? When wil it file a return? Is there no information the officers of the company felt obliged to give shareholders, even by way of a PR? Will it have done so by December 19th in order to prevent an E after its name on the 20Th January!! Anyone any other questions you'd like to ask?? Has anyone any access here to telco's.... Can anyone pin down the company number and go see where their address is, are they trading, in whose building, is there any other company there????
