Bryan: re INPR if you don't do programming you might not have heard of Inprise. But they used to be called Borland and sported the greatest set of programmers probably in the world. (still do) .Their compilers are ubiquitous.

some of their products: Now Available for Linux! VisiBroker for Java 3.4 and C++ 3.3

Applications list reads like a who's who of program apps:

AppCenter
Application Server
C++Builder
Delphi
Entera
InterBase
JBuilder
JDataStore
MIDAS
VisiBroker

My understanding that Microsoft even owns 10% of INPR. Even when INPR partners with SUNW of Java2 development, MSFT knows where to put their money. ;-)

Also read what CEO Fuller has to say about INPR support of ASP's (that white-hot sector).

This is a keeper. If I could, I'd promise you. But I'm really quite confident that INPR can reach $100/sh sometime next year (pre-split).
