Gottfried, Please find the DW weekly data. Note, that the only sector in the overbought area (73.1) is the Semiconductor sector (AMAT, etc.) AMAT is the place to be but not to buy at these price according to the sector percentile. How much high the sector can go before reversing now one knows. However, statistically the statistics are against the SEMI's. The oversold sectors (below the 30%) are restaurants(28.8%), saving and loans (28.4%) and waste management (26.8%). Note that the leading indicators, high/lows, 10week and bpopti % are all lower then last week. Naturally, the above is only my opinions and the data which I have reviewed from the Dorsey Wright site, IBD and SEMI sites.
