Bob: The public are directing their savings into Tech specific funds. Because of that we have a TECH bubble identical to that in Japan in the 70's. Take over prices are not assessed on the basis of a one time high and a one time low. They will have to be valuated on the basis of their Sales using 3 yr average P/S values and not peak ones. NN is fully aware of the impending Bubble implosion and will not opt for any offer that will not guarantee its price during the closure period. There has been so much speculation that now even a 1/2 pt gain triggers another soundbyte about immediate announcements.
