Since it may take 1 1/2 to 2 years to construct a state of the art semi-submersible or FPSO and you see a requirement a year and a half from now, WHEN WOULD YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER? >g<

The energy sector experiencing its own private bear market right now. I have the strong sense sense it will be clear sailing for quite some time after this is over regardless of what the rest of the market does.

Still expect some kind of bad news to come out shortly.
