Your knowledge of copyright law is apparently as weak as your knowledge of Sun's product line and market. The publishing of "snippits" is specifically allowed by copyright law.

You should read the whole gartner analysis before you make comments about how broad their study was, and whether it was based on "a few customer complaints". BTW SUN confirmed many of the problems Gartner mentioned, and are quoted in the article.

If you don't have access to Gartner, I'm sure you can find someone who does. I don't intend to go beyond acceptable practice with copyrighted material and I don't necessarily think this is a huge problem for Sun.

You accused me of making it up, I gave you the reference. Try doing a little homework.

PS (edit) - the reason customers continue to buy UE10000 is because they fill a need no other machine can support, as you would know if you had bothered to read my earlier posts on this thread.
