Charles,

Re:"accumulation"

You got that right.

The big boys have been buying.

And the ANALysts have held off upgrading till they finish.

Volume has been awesome for last few days.

I sense a massive move up once GTW is announced or if AMD preannounces a profitable quarter.

With the latest news that GTW can't get enough CPU's and this will impact its quarter - this can ONLY be bullish for AMD.

regards,

Kash

Hi Charles:

Today's reversal, from the calamitous opening, not only closed the gap but saw increasing volumes push AMD to a near term high close at $31.75. Looked like the chunks that came in at the close wanted to be in place before tomorrow's opening.

Technically, the closing of that morning gap between $31 and $31.50 is a very strong and positive indicator. Expect the next surge to begin tomorrow, assuming normal market risk conditions. The next surge should take us to $38 very rapidly, with minor stops in the $33 to $35 range.

Looks like it could be an interesting ride the rest of the week!
