Rick, Sounds like a good idea. May I suggest that you get them to fax or e-mail you a return answer so that you will have a written copy of the response. This will enable you to post it (that is of course if you are as exuberant about posting the reply as you seem to be about telling us about your intent with notifying the Exchange) and it will set aside any doubts about the veracity of the information, as it can be followed up on by others. You would certainly be helping out yourself in getting to the bottom of this as well as the other posters, myself included, who seem to lack your tenacity and determination or even knowledge and ability to get things done. Looking forward to the result of your efforts!
