The quarantine is SOP; to make sure the batteries' capacities, etc. are within acceptable parameters. I'm not aware of any problem. What is your point?

My guess is that they are producing now, quarantine until January and ship end of January. I don't see any problem in VLNC meeting the ship dates.

The quarantine is self imposed by Valence. It has been discussed several times by Lev Dawson on the Conference Calls. He has said several times that VLNC would not fail due to lack of financing but a bad batch of batteries would kill them. So he has implemented a QC program to ensure that the batteries are ready for the customer.
