I stay as far away from federal law as I can. I would think it starts with contacting a staff member of a member of the House or Senate committee on justice issues. The staff members know more than the reps or senators. But I don't know.

How does the ball get rolling on a Federal SLAPP measure? I think somebody in the profession would be more effective, and should take charge.
