when do you think CDMA will get into Europe and how?

Depends what you mean as CDMA.
As IS-95 -> No
As CDMA-2000 ->No
As some form of W-CDMA -> yes, but with caveats.

The network operators will not switch to W_CDMA overnight, and they won't discount their considerable investment in GSM infrastructure.

I guess they will overlay extant GSM networks with W-CDMA as capacity becomes constrained. When this constraint becomes apparent is the $64K
question. There might not be significant W-CDMA roll out in Europe for several years, maybe 10!
