Well, it did break 27 (albeit briefly) today. Assuming this strength continues, I'd expect that it can hit 30 by the year end, probably higher.
I'm not surprised that 27 is a sticking point. That is a 50% gain for some people who jumped in at 18. Not bad for a month. I would expect those who are selling at that figure will thin with the next assault, and that we should be through that barrier by Monday.
