Congrats on your GERN short. It was a good short-term call. But I must tell you, I think Geron/GERN is onto something. It is true that the lifetime of a cell is regulated by the length of telomerase. This is not medical quackery. If a the length of a cell's telomerase can be controlled then the life of the cell can be controlled. Cancer cells can be altered to self destruct by shortening their telomerase.
