I disagree with you on this. Not only becuse of Chechnya, but for many other reasons, the West will not be flowing cash to Russia as they did before. The Russian political system,after the fall of Communism, has become stronger (???GGœœœ$$$$$) and the danger of collapse and return to
Comunist rule is almost non-existant. Surely the IMF will
keep giving loans to Russians, but always with heavier
political price to pay! The days of easy money is over now!
