It is interesting that SIII is still stuck in the doldrums with all this speculation going on.

That's because there is probably news the MM's know that us suckers dont. Im reducing my position, S3 has had more than enough time to come out with something more substantial in the past three months instead of one major OEM announcement when we were promised 4 out of 5. Im losing confidence coming down to Y2K.

Herc,

There's a great product called wingate, from Deerfield communications. It's a proxy server that allows you to have an internal network of more that one computer that accesses the Internet through a single computer ip address.

The only problem might be that ADSL means dynamic addressing and I'm not sure if that works with wingate. You could contact Deerfield to find out, but perhaps you're right in that it might be best to get a professional.

I've been using it with a server containing two ethernet cards, and it's worked great for me.
