From a Major Research Report rec'd on Friday 12/10: Unisys Corporation ( UIS ) $32.88 EPS (FY Dec): 1999E US$1.55, 2000E US$1.80 - Recommended List We continue to recommend purchase of the shares. Mgmt hosted a dinner last night for sell-side analysts, and is clearly more upbeat about next year due to robust sales activity and pent-up demand as Y2K fades. Mgmt reiterated comfort with previous commentary and consensus for Q4 and '00. Mgmt also expressed a high degree of confidence in the success of the recently announced salesforce realignment. We view the shares positively and expect investor sentiment to continue to rise with strong fundamentals and accelerating revenue growth in '00. Michael
