Kash this is a serious discussion of real world uprocessor test conditions. I am not accustomed to being insulted, except by you, and your past insults just made you look like a fool when the facts came out. I don't see any reason to degrade a real discussion by responding to those who don't understand the issue. Clearly a real world application would take far to many cycles and wouldn't fit inside a tester memory, so "typical" operations must be substituted. In fact, much worse conditions can be tested than you would find in most "real world" applications. I assure you, dynamic as well as static icc is measured on every processor. In the future if you expect a reasonable response, please try to hold back the insults, in this situation it just makes you look foolish.
