Paul,

Heard on the news that a new born baby girl in UK was temporarily registered as Jane Dotcom (with census bureau) as her parents couldn't agree on a name. True story.

Paul, re: "I await the day that Intel spins out a tracking stock to meter its investment portfolio - and RETURN some ".com" money to us shareholders."

I like that idea! It would certainly jump start INTC. Might be an issue for the next shareholders meeting?

John

Paul:

Re: Just for the record, Intel's "investment" in Red Hat Software is now worth about $875,000,000 as of Today !

Just wait until tomorrow, when LNUX (VA Linux Systems) starts trading. Intel is also an investor in this gem, and the offering price has increased from $11-$13 last week to $28-$30 this evening. Intel owns about 3.5M shares (about 9% after the IPO) at an average price of about $0.50 per share. Let's do the math after the close tomorrow. :-)
