Let's play that out. To agree to that would imply that ATHM had some bird in the hand that they could go with in lieu of the MSOs. But, to get that far they would have had to contemplate such alternatives, if not do some advance feasibilities of same. Are they permitted to be doing this while they are, in fact, owned by their MSO "partners?"

Or, would they be in violation of covenants which exist?

In other words, is ATHM within their legal right to be weighing alternatives at this time?
