Sorry, Don for calling you Dan. It is certainly not too late to raise patent issues, although I do not know whether RMBS' patents comprise DDR. RMBS' CEO suggested that a few months ago, and I'm interested in Ten's take on it. As for your comments about the shorts, you will surely be proven wrong. "Price movement patterns," as you call them, are words better used for stocks that do not have explosive revenue streams lurking around the corner. I have a long memory, so we can revisit this discussion when the outcome becomes evident. I will certainly enjoy it.
