Bruce,

Not only has the 'valley' declared Siebel the gorilla in the CRM space, but so has Kippola in the revised manual.

I read that section many times when the book was published and again before writing my post yesterday. I don't come to the same conclusion you do. Please highlight the sentence that in your mind declares Siebel the Gorilla.

BB, thank you. You've helped me recover some small measure of pride by pointing out that Silicon Valley, Kippola, and you all agree that Siebel is a Gorilla. Now Merlin is only 47 gotchas up on me <vbg>!
